We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account or using our platform:

• Account Information: When you log in with Google OAuth (Firebase Authentication), we receive your name, email address, unique user ID (UID), and profile picture.
• Usage & Transaction Data: Records of purchased credit packs (Demo, Creator, Studio), payment transaction identifiers from Razorpay or PayPal, credit consumption records, and catalog quotas.
• Image & Session Data: Furniture photos you upload and interaction click points placed to isolate sofa cushions or chair components. Photos are cached temporarily in GPU server memory during interactive editing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the AI Studio and furniture recoloring engine.
• To authenticate your user identity and accurately track your persistent credit balance.
• To process payments, verify checkout orders, and prevent fraudulent duplicate claims.
• To save your custom fabric swatches and customized showroom catalog products in your account.
• To provide responsive customer support and resolve technical inquiries.

3. Image Processing & Retention Policy

We treat your uploaded furniture images with enterprise-grade confidentiality:

• Ephemeral Inference: When you click on an image, the photo is processed in temporary high-speed memory on our secure dedicated AI cluster. Active session caches expire automatically after 2 minutes of inactivity.
• Catalog Storage: Photos you explicitly save into your private catalog are encrypted and stored via Cloudinary and Google Cloud Firestore under your authenticated UID.
• No Public AI Training: Your private uploaded interior designs, sketches, and customer furniture images are never used to train public foundational AI models.

4. Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

We share necessary operational data only with trusted infrastructure providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Secure OAuth authentication, cloud database (Firestore), and hosting.
• Dedicated Cloud AI Infrastructure: High-performance cloud compute systems executing real-time 3D segmentation and perspective reupholstery synthesis engines.
• Razorpay / PayPal: PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways for processing credit pack purchases. We never store or handle raw credit/debit card numbers.
• Cloudinary: CDN delivery and image storage for custom catalog swatches.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

TryMyFabric uses browser LocalStorage and essential session tokens solely for authentication persistence, session security, and preserving your active studio color selections. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for targeted external advertising.

6. Data Security & Your Rights

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS in transit and AES-256 at rest) to protect your records. You hold the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to access the personal data and credit history associated with your account.
• Right to request full deletion of your account, saved catalog images, and profile records.
• Right to export your customized product images and swatches at any time.
