Welcome to TryMyFabric. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TryMyFabric ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the TryMyFabric website, AI Studio, APIs, and services.

1. Account Registration & Authentication

To use our AI Studio, cloud catalog, and recolor capabilities, you must authenticate using a verified Google account. You agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian authorization.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities and compute transactions initiated through your account.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Credits & Pricing Policy

TryMyFabric operates on a transparent, pay-as-you-go credit system:

• No Subscriptions: All credit packs (Starter Demo, Creator Pack, Studio Pack) are one-time, upfront purchases. We do not charge recurring monthly or annual subscription fees.
• Lifetime Validity: Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account until consumed.
• Fabric Studio AI Reupholstery: Costs 5 credits per successful 3D fabric synthesis using any of our 24 designer texture collections or authentic manufacturer swatches.
• Zero-Click AI Reupholstery: Costs 5 credits total for one-click whole-furniture transformation while keeping non-furniture room context untouched.
• Studio Catalog Repositioning: Costs 5 credits per render to straighten tilted workshop photos into a leveled 3/4 commercial product catalog angle with clean studio backdrop.
• Non-Transferable: Credits are digital utility tokens tied strictly to your registered account and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect your creative work and intellectual property:

• Your Content: You retain full ownership and copyright of any original furniture photographs, custom swatch images, and promotional assets you upload to TryMyFabric.
• Generated Visuals: You own the visual renders, customized mockups, and fabric designs generated through your paid credits for commercial, marketing, catalog, or personal use.
• Our Platform: TryMyFabric retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, algorithms, user interfaces, codebases, and intellectual property associated with our platform and service architecture.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse or abuse the TryMyFabric platform. You shall NOT:

• Upload images containing unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, abusive, or copyright-infringing content.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or exploits to bypass rate limits or consume GPU compute without valid credits.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model weights or server code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or security of our cloud AI servers or API endpoints.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

TryMyFabric is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, we do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, completely bug-free, or compatible with legacy web browsers lacking WebGL/Canvas capabilities.
• The AI generative synthesis will achieve 100% bit-exact color replication for every rare or irregular physical fabric pattern, due to the probabilistic nature of neural vision models.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TryMyFabric and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to TryMyFabric during the three (3) months preceding the incident.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

8. Modifications & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of TryMyFabric constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
